The assignment was to restore a private villa from 1937 and to design a two-story extension. The style of the house is functionalistic with traces of 1920's classicism.
Original details such as windows without glazing bars, columns and slender wrought iron elements were emphasized and brought forward.
The extension was given a more contemporary and complementary expression. Its tilted roof contrasts with the strict symmetry of the original house.
The stone paving of the old terrace was extended and complemented with a pool in connection to the extension.
