The idea is to keep the existing nature and topography in between the buildings and thereby establish a natural connection to the surrounding forest. This is achieved by placing the cars underneath the buildings in subterranean garages. Green roofs provide space for gatherings, play and gardening. The buildings are constructed in prefabricated modules.
