A residential building constructed of prefabricated volumes. All 46 apartments have a balcony and loggia. The loggia serves to reduce noise from the traffic in the surrounding area. The railings are curved, contrasting with the otherwise strict rectangular geometry. The hall is furnished with vertical rods in natural wood.
