Invited competition for reimagining the facade and penthouses next to the new Nya Folkan's building on Östermalmstorg. The trees by the nearby Hedvig Eleonora church and the ornamentation of the market hall on the other side of the square inspired the pattern of glass and Swedish green marble. The penthouse floors are clad in aged copper.
