Conversion and extension of a 1900s industrial building into 54 apartments. Two extra floors have been added to the original brick building clad in COR-TEN steel. Large paned windows, ateel construction and arches ensure the preservation of history in this modernized building. The project combines historical preservation with adjustment to modern standards.
