HSB NVS asked us to design small expandable row houses with a strong identity. The houses can expand as finances allow or needs arise. The ground floor and the loft fit five rooms of 112 m2. If the loft is expanded to cover the whole first floor, the house will fit seven rooms of 139 m2. The kitchen and dining room have a genorous ceiling height. The row houses are oriented in double lines and the pedestrian entrance paths create semi-private areas that complement the private gardens in the back. The small-scale row houses are a new alternative type of residence in the area.
