This residential block with 18 apartments sits on the border between villa blocks and nature. The building's rounded corners reflect the shape of an old garage that used to be in this location and is partially preserved on the ground floor. Four stories and a rooftop story are added to the existing garage. The second garage floor is partally demolished, creating an opening between the green areas surrounding the building. The plastered walls contrast with the niches carved in the facade, glazed in their full height. Th 2-5 room apartments each have two balconies with views in different directions and a maximum size of 130 m2.

The project was awarded a prize for exemplary complementary building in 2015 by Stockholms läns hembyggdsförbund.
