We are converting the old Nurnbergbryggeriet brewery, in Södermalm, Stockholm, to 18 new urban row houses and penthouses for Glommen & Lindberg.
The building's industrial character is preserved while new extensions such as the roof addition show a contemporary architectural expression, while still connecting to the existing building in materiality and scale. The innovative plans and the extensions of the facade give most of the residences access to a private garden, a balcony or a terrace, as well as more natural light.
