The houses are built in wood with contrasting details in sheet metal. The natural wood facades interact with the nearby forest. The topography of the area is brought out and the houses rest on pillars facing the edge of a cliff or a slope. Where the difference in levels is significant a souterrain level is added.
Emphasis has been placed on giving all houses an outdoor space, a small garden, a terrace or a roof terrace.
